[XWARN] Tornado articles for XWARN newsletter

If anyone wants to tell a story about radio communications during the
severe weather Monday night or support for disaster operations for the
upcoming newsletter, please send me something soon.  I was going to put out
the newsletter this week, but I got wrapped up helping with the recovery
efforts in Beavercreek.  So it will be at least a few days before I can get
something out.
