> My name is Ashley Novak and I am a meteorologist at the National Weather Service Wilmington, Ohio office and a coordinator with the Community Collaborative Rain, Hail, and Snow (CoCoRaHS) Network.  The NWS relies on CoCoRaHS volunteer observers who take rain, hail, and snow observations.  Did you know that CoCoRaHS observations can be utilized for FEMA declarations?  I am going to be holding virtual training sessions for anyone interested in becoming a CoCoRaHS observer on Monday March 6th from 7-8pm and Monday March 20th from 6-7pm.  These talks are open to everyone.  I have more information on CoCoRaHS in the attached document.
