[XWARN] Tech Night: Introduction to DMR and Livestream

Hi,

The next BARC Tech Night is Thursday, March 12, 2020, at 7:00 pm at the
BARC Clubhouse. I will be presenting an "Introduction to DMR". This
presentation will be a deeper dive into DMR technology than the DMR 101
presentation given previously, but will still cover the basics. Topics
include:

DMR Spectrum Efficiency Advantages
DMR Transmission and TDMA Deep Dive
Analog FM and DMR Comparison
DMR Hierarchy With Examples
Constructing a Codeplug
DMR Operating Techniques
