[XWARN] EchoLink configuration - non-US Network connections…

Your  task, your decisions. Nobody else offered to do it.

Who decided that only those 3 countries could log on to Echolink. I thought it was an  international system.
Does your final decicion mean that only those you decide can log on to our system locally or that only those selected can connect remotely from their home country?
