[XWARN] XWARN Email Reflector

The XWARN Email reflector has not been maintained in quite a while.

I now have been able to access the list and I find that there are many 
entries of people who are deceased, inactive, or unknown to me. I am 
about to delete many of those entries.

If you do not receive a follow-up message within the next day, you have 
been purged from the list. I am sorry if the deletion was inappropriate, 
but it is easy to rectify the problem.

Simply go to XWARN.NET and resubscribe to the email reflector. If that 
does not work, email me and ask me to fix it. Please be specific and 
include any important information such as name, callsign, email address.
