[XWARN] Reminder and September Newsletter

Just a quick reminder that we have a meeting this evening at 7:00pm in the
OSU Extension Building at the Greene County Fairgrounds.  Please try to
attend if you can this evening as we will be voting on a major expense
(purchasing repeater hardware for our second repeater site).
