    Hi, George.  I wasn't aware WKEF and WRGT were off the air.  I forgot what their new channels are...should be somewhere between 30 and 34.  (WPTD Ch-16 now transmitting on Ch-35.)
If rescanning didn't work, try actually unplugging AC cable from wall outlet for 15-30 seconds.  Some TV rcvrs require that.
If I hear anything else, I'll let you know.

Thursday, we heard 6" (8"?) transmission line 'burned up' at around 900' AGL.  Tower crew on site working on problem.  That's all I know at the moment. I happened to be watching about the time it went down, and first noted a lot of pixelation  before it went dark totally...which made me think that there was a big power drop before total failure.
