[XWARN] Regarding Newsletter

I figured since the newsletter is late, I owe you an explanation. Microsoft
Publisher is being incredibly slow to the point where it is unusable because
I cannot even type or move a picture without it becoming unresponsive and
closing itself. I am very sorry, but I am trying to find a fix!
Unfortunately, it seems this has been growing worse since 2016, so at the
next meeting we may need to discuss a change of software.
