[XWARN] GCARES Tuesday Winlink Net

For those already on Winlink, I encourage you to put the weekly GCARES
Winlink Net on your calendar. If you have already set up Winlink, it only
takes a few minutes to get started, then barely a minute each week to check
in.

If you're not already on Winlink, my understanding is that will be the
subject of tonight's presentation at the XWARN meeting - getting started
with Winlink. The only requirement is that you have a valid amateur radio
license and a computer with Internet connection. When you have your account
set up, send a message to W8GCA to get more information on the weekly net -
free for the asking, no strings attached!
